Loopli

Approval first

Automate your Instagram and Facebook with human approval

Automation without approval is how a brand posts the wrong thing. Loopli automates the work — planning, writing, designing, scheduling, replying, ad setup — and keeps a person on the decisions: every post, reply and ad waits for approval unless you decide, per brand, what may run on autopilot.

What waits for approval, by default

Every post before it is published. Every reply before it is sent. Every ad before it can spend. Every change to your website before it goes live. You see a preview of each and approve, edit or discard it.

Autopilot, per brand and per action

When you trust the agent with part of the work, turn that part on in Settings → Autopilot: posts, replies, the website and ads, each separately, for each brand. An agency can keep approval on for one client and autopilot on for another.

Ads are always created paused

Even on autopilot, an ad is created paused with its audience, budget and creative ready. A person switches it on. Ad spend is billed by Meta to your ad account and is never part of your Loopli plan.

Approve from anywhere

From the web app, from your phone (Loopli installs as an app) or from your WhatsApp conversation with Loopli, where it tells you what is waiting and takes your yes.

  • Roles per brand: manager, editor, approver and viewer
  • Invite a client as the approver of their own brand
  • Nothing goes out while an approval is pending

Questions

Is this allowed by Meta?
Loopli connects through Facebook Login for Business and publishes, replies and creates ads through Meta's official APIs, the same way Meta Business Suite does. It never automates likes, follows or comments on other accounts.
Who approves in an agency?
Whoever you choose per brand. Invite a client with the approver role and they review the previews and approve from the web app or their phone.
Can I turn autopilot on for replies only?
Yes. Posts, replies, the website and ads are switched separately, per brand.
What happens if nobody approves?
It waits. Nothing is published, sent or switched on until someone approves it, and the agent tells you what is pending.
